Rotoris Watches ("Rotoris", "we", "our", "us") stands behind the craftsmanship and quality of your timepiece. This Guarantee Policy describes the scope of the Guarantee, exclusions, and how to make a claim. Please retain your proof of purchase and Guarantee card.
1. Guarantee Coverage
- We offer a 2-year Guarantee on the watch movement (the internal mechanism) from the date of original purchase, covering manufacturing defects in movement functionality.
- We offer a 3-month Guarantee on any damage or breakage to external parts (such as crystal, case, crown, bracelet, strap or clasp), provided the damage is due to manufacturing defect and not caused by physical abuse or extensive water damage.
2. What Is Not Covered
Guarantee does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (ageing of strap, fading of materials).
- Water damage, condensation, or damage from exposure to liquids beyond specified water resistance, heat, fire, or pressure.
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, improper handling, invalid modifications or repairs by unauthorised persons.
- Replacement of battery, strap, bracelet, or case unless explicitly due to manufacturing defects.
- Damage to external parts after the 3-month external-parts Guarantee period.
3. How to Make a Guarantee Claim
To request Guarantee service:
- Contact us within the applicable Guarantee period at support@rotoris.com with your order number, model number, date of purchase, and a description of the issue.
- Include clear photographs and, if relevant, a video showing the defect or damage.
- Once verified, Rotoris will arrange a pickup of the product from your registered address. Please ensure the watch is securely packed in its original box or similar protective packaging.
- Our authorised service team will inspect the watch. If the defect is covered under this policy, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. If the same model is unavailable, we may provide an alternative model of equal value.
4. After Claim Assessment
- If approved, your watch will be serviced or replaced and returned to you via standard shipping.
- If the claim is rejected (because of exclusion or conditions not met), we will return the watch to you; service or repair may be offered at your cost.
5. General Terms
- This Guarantee is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
- It applies only to products purchased via our official website www.rotoris.com
- Any unauthorised repair or modification will void the Guarantee immediately.
- This Guarantee is subject to Indian consumer protection laws and does not limit any statutory rights you may have.
