Refund & Exchange Policy

At Rotoris, each watch is crafted with precision and care. We take great pride in our quality and packaging standards to ensure every order reaches you safely and in perfect condition. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Returns or Refunds

All purchases made through www.rotoris.com are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed. Please check your order details carefully before checkout.

2. Exchange Eligibility

We will process an exchange only in the following rare cases:

  • Manufacturing defects, such as a non-functional movement or damaged component upon delivery.
  • Transit damage, such as broken glass, dents, or scratches caused during shipping.

No other reason (including change of mind, design preference, or size concerns) qualifies for exchange.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To be eligible for an exchange or claim, you must:

  • Record a clear unboxing video showing the package from all angles before opening.
  • Capture the uncut sequence of opening the sealed parcel, revealing the product, and displaying the issue clearly.

This video acts as proof in case of transit damage or defect. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

4. Conditions for Exchange

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@rotoris.com with your order number, issue details, and the unboxing video.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
  • Our quality team will inspect your request and confirm eligibility. Rotoris reserves the right to approve or reject claims at its sole discretion.

5. Exchange or Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • You will receive shipping instructions from our support team.
  • The defective product must be shipped back securely in its original packaging.
  • Upon inspection and verification, we will ship a replacement watch of the same model (subject to availability).
  • If the same model is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or opt for a refund of the invoice amount.

6. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your parcel appears tampered with or damaged at delivery:

  • Refuse the shipment immediately and notify support@rotoris.com with photos and your unboxing video.
  • If you discover missing items or incorrect products, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Shipping Costs

If an exchange is approved, Rotoris will bear the return shipping cost only for defective or damaged items. In all other cases, shipping charges are non-refundable.
